At ProSoft SA, we stand behind the quality of our software products. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all software purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Upon approval of your refund, your software license key will be deactivated. You must uninstall the software from your computer. Continued use of the software after refund is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
If you purchased the wrong product, you may exchange it for another ProSoft SA product of equal or lesser value within the 7-day period. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
