1. Our Guarantee

At ProSoft SA, we stand behind the quality of our software products. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all software purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date
You provide your order number and purchase confirmation
The software license key has not been shared or distributed
You have not violated our Terms & Conditions

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Purchases made more than 7 days ago
Software that has been heavily customized at your request
Bundle purchases where individual items have already been refunded
License keys that have been reported as compromised or shared

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Email support@prosoftsa.co.za with subject "Refund Request"
Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for refund
Our team will review your request within 2 business days
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. License Deactivation

Upon approval of your refund, your software license key will be deactivated. You must uninstall the software from your computer. Continued use of the software after refund is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

7. Exchange Policy

If you purchased the wrong product, you may exchange it for another ProSoft SA product of equal or lesser value within the 7-day period. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
